A 53-year-old man from Ebb and Flow First Nation has died following an ATV rollover, according to RCMP. Officers from the Ste. Rose du Lac detachment got the call at about 8:30 in the morning on July 12.
According to police, the call took them to North Central Road in Ebb and Flow First Nation. They arrived along with EMS and firefighters to find an ATV lying on its side in a ditch in about three feet of water.
RCMP said they believe the vehicle hit a slope and rolled over, pinning the driver underneath the vehicle. They said the crash likely happened sometime overnight.
Ste. Rose du Lac RCMP continue to investigate.
