You’ve heard of girl math and girl dinner, but do you know about girl tools? These are simply things females use to get the job done, even if they were never intended for that purpose. If you ever fixed your glasses with eyelash glue or opened a wine bottle with a Bic pen, you did it with girl tools.
A post on Threads of women sharing the ways they use girl tools has gone viral. Grace Laubenthal asked the Women in STEM community for their favorites after revealing, “I once used a bottle of lotion to nail a tapestry to my ceiling.” Thousands have posted their ingenious girl tools and these are some of the best.
