We’re getting our first look at the next film in the “Hunger Games” franchise. A teaser for “The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping” dropped yesterday.
“Sunrise” is a prequel, taking viewers back to the 50th Hunger Games and follows the story of Haymitch Abernathy, originally played by Woody Harrelson in the series.
Along with Joseph Zada in the Abernathy role, the movie stars Ralph Fiennes, Whitney Peak, Mckenna Grace, Jesse Plemons, Kelvin Harrison Jr., Maya Hawke, Lili Taylor, Ben Wang, Edvin Ryding, Elle Fanning, Kieran Culkin, Glenn Close, Billy Porter and Iris Apatow.
The movie hits theaters exactly one year from yesterday – November 20, 2026. See the teaser below.
