Breach of the Peace
Over the past 24 hours, three individuals from two separate incidents were arrested for Breach of the Peace and held in Brandon Police Service (BPS) detention cells.
The individuals, a 23-year-old male and two females, aged 21 and 22, will be released once they are sober.
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
While investigating a separate stolen vehicle complaint in March 2026, police located a red Jeep Compass in the 100 block of Frederick Street. The vehicle displayed license plates belonging to a different vehicle and was determined to have been stolen in February 2026. The Jeep was towed to BPS for investigative purposes. Fingerprints located near the fuel door were identified as belonging to a 36-year-old male suspect.
On August 10th, 2026, at 11:15 a.m., a BPS member attended the Brandon Correctional Centre and arrested the male, who was incarcerated at the time. The male is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026.
