Visitors planning to attend the CFB Shilo Open House and Recreation Showcase this Thursday can now access a detailed event map to help navigate the grounds and make the most of the day.
The free event runs from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Shilo Sports Field and will feature a wide range of family-friendly attractions, including a Touch-a-Truck zone, military vehicle displays, entertainment, food vendors, recreation exhibits, inflatable games, a zipline and children’s activities.
The map highlights key locations throughout the site, including parking areas, accessible parking, washrooms, seating tents, food and beverage stations, and activity zones.
Organizers encourage visitors to save the map to their phones before arriving. The complete event map is available now on our website, making it easier for guests to find activities, plan their visit and discover everything the showcase has to offer.
If you plan to take in this event lease remember to have your photo I.D. ready at the gate before entering the CFB Shilo base.
