Breach of the Peace
At 12:27 a.m. on September 28th, Brandon Police Service (BPS) responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of 15th Street after an intoxicated female was attempting to enter the back door of a business while yelling and causing a disturbance. The 48-year-old female was arrested and brought to BPS detention cells. She will be released once sober.
Failure to Comply Probation
On September 27th at 10:00 a.m., BPS received a report of a male attending a business in the 900 block of Victoria Avenue despite being barred from the property. Police attended and located the 50-year-old male, who was on probation with a condition not to attend the business. He was arrested for breaching his probation and later released on an Appearance Notice with a court date of November 30th, 2026.
Protective Detention & Care of Intoxicated Persons Act
On September 27th at 3:01 p.m., BPS responded to a report of an intoxicated female who was endangering herself and others by standing in traffic near 8th Street and Rosser Avenue. Police located the 31-year-old female, who was and brought to BPS detention cells to prevent the continuation of behaviour. She will be released once sober.
