– The Brandon Wheat Kings’ season concluded on Friday night. Sunday, the 2013-2014 edition of the team met for the final time. It isn’t often a team is satisfied when losing out in the playoffs, but a second round exit this season has to be considered a successful one for Brandon considering where the team was at just 12 months ago. The Wheat Kings not only missed the playoffs in 2012-2013, but the organization also seemed to have lost its winning culture.
