Russell product Derek Falloon was the overtime hero as his Yorkton Terriers made history at the RBC Cup.
The Terriers, who are coached by Medora’s Trent Cassan, captured their first-ever National Junior ‘A’ Hockey Championship with a 4-3 comeback win over the Carleton Place Canadians in Sunday’s final.
Yorkton rallied to send the title game to OT with Tanner Lischynsky and Dylan Johnson scoring eight seconds apart late in the third period.
