We had another press conference about the pandemic in Manitoba this morning and while there wasn’t much to it, I figured we should reiterate the same thing that’s been said for months now. Wear a mask, stay 6 ft apart and wash your hands for seconds.
The other big thing is to stay home and be A couch potato! At least that’s what Germany is promoting. They’ve released a series of ads online that talk about the heroes of the pandemic. And while the heroes are the people who continue to work through this pandemic and give us the essential services, along with nurses, doctors and everyone working to combat it, they thanked the couch potatoes as well!
If you stay home and be a couch potato, I will call you a hero as well! Stay on the couch, look at your tablet, watch Netflix and order take out from a local restaurant. Take an extra long bath, have some fun times in bed with your partner and then take a nap! Couch potato to the max my friends!
