This three-hour healing experience includes:
- 1 hour of trauma-informed yoga led by Barb
- 1 hour of group therapy with BSW/RSW Tracie Atkins, owner of Holistic Journey Counselling Services
- A 30-minute paddle (guided or solo) with myself to reflect and close out the session
