Neelin Safe Grad 50/50 Fundraiser
WHEN
1. What are we fundraising for?
a. For a safe and inclusive party for the Neelin graduating class of 2026
b. These funds will help pay for entertainment, decorations, games, prizes and party favours.
2. Cash Calendar
a. Tickets:
i. 1 ticket for$10, or
ii. 3 tickets for $20
b. Buyers must be 18+ and Manitoba residents (LGCA regulations)
c. Only 2,000 tickets to be sold
d. A total of $3,000 in cash prizes
i. 20 Prizes of $50
ii. 10 Prizes of $100
iii. 1 prize of $1,000!!!
e. We pull a ticket for each day of the month of March (31 prizes)
f. Draw date for all tickets is April 6th
g. Fun fact- if your name gets pulled on one of the days, your name goes back in the draw so you can win multiple times with one ticket!! How cool is that!?!
h. Selling times and locations
i. March 7th – Heritage Co-op 10-6
ii. March 14th – Heritage Co-op 10-6
iii. March 14th – Canadian Tire -11-5
iv. March 15th – Sobeys South – 12-4
v. March 21st – Canadian Tire – 11-5
3. 50/50
a. Pot is currently at $1,660 as of this email
b. Draw date is the evening of May 6th.
