On August 11, 2022 at approximately 7:00 pm, Brandon police responded to multiple witness reports of an assault in the 900 block of 18th Street N. Police say a 38-year-old Winnipeg man was allegedly assaulting an adult female inside a parked vehicle. The victim did not require any medical attention. The suspect was arrested and later released to appear in court on October 10, 2022 on a charge of Assault.

On August 11, 2022, police responded to a report of an assault in a residence at approximately 4:30 pm. Investigation revealed that during an argument, a 43-year-old man reportedly assaulted an adult female. The victim was not injured. The suspect was arrested at the residence and later released to appear in court on October 3, 2022 on a charge of Assault.

On August 11, 2022 shortly after 6:00 pm, Brandon police responded to a report of an intoxicated male, who was screaming in the 800 block of 10th Street. Police located a 24-year-old man who officers say was in no condition to care for himself, and he had nowhere to go. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On August 12, 2022, shortly before 2:00 pm, police responded to a report of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance at a residence by fighting with others and breaking things. Police say his family were unable to prevent his actions from escalating further. An 18-year-old man was arrested and lodged at Brandon Police Service until sober.

On August 11, 2022, police located and arrested a 20-year-old male who was wanted on outstanding charges of Fail to Comply with Probation and Assault. He was lodged at Brandon Police Service and will appear in court today.
On August 11, 2022, a 30-year-old male attended to Brandon Police Service, as he was aware of outstanding charges of Fail to Attend Court. Following his arrest, he was released to appear in court on September 8, 2022.
