Shortages of Pfizer mean 30-and-ups will receive Moderna vaccine

Due to a shortage of the Pfizer vaccine, PMH COVID vaccine clinics will be giving the Moderna vaccine for people age 30 years and up for their 1st, 2nd or 3rd dose. Ages 12 to 29 will receive the Pfizer vaccine.

Clinics below are for ALL ages 5 years old and up and for first, second and third doses if eligible.  Clinics will be a combination of walk-in and booked appointments or strictly walk-in as indicated below.** Individuals can book for other people but require the client's Manitoba Health card number.

You can book your appointment for ANY of the COVID doses based on the eligibility below either online at https://patient.petal-health.com/login?groupId=6032 or by calling (toll-free) 1-844-626-8222.

First-dose eligibility:
Pfizer vaccine age 5 years and up
Moderna vaccine age 18 years and up

Second-dose eligibility:
Age 12 and up - 28 days after 1st dose
Ages 5-11 years old – 8 weeks after 1st dose

Third-dose eligibility
At least 6 months after your 2nd dose AND age 18 and up EXCEPTION: Anyone age 50 or older or those age 18 or older who live in a First Nations community who received their second dose 5 months ago can now receive their third dose. Eligibility criteria is subject to change please check below for updates.

Consent forms are required for all COVID doses. Please bring forms to appointments.
