In a correction to an earlier story, both the Flynn and Enns Brothers arenas at the Keystone Centre in Brandon have spectator attendance limits of 250 people, this from the Keystone’s Director of Marketing Jared Mckenzie.
He believes a Hockey Brandon email obtained by Q Country and Star FM reflected an older policy when capacity limits were much stricter at indoor sports venues in Manitoba. He says both the rinks have fan attendance capped at 50% which is 250 people.
The original story stated the arenas were only able to accommodate 65 spectators, and because of that, they asked that Home teams only allow two adult spectators per player, and Away teams only one adult spectator per player. This policy is NO longer in effect for the Enns Brothers and Flynn arenas.
